Thank you for purchasing the handmade products sold at Julie Lau Skerrett, Author & Creative Artist. Each product on our store is carefully crafted, and your happiness is important to us. Please take a moment to read the following refund, return, and related policy.
All Sales Are Final
Since our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all purchases are final. We do not exchange or refund due to change of mind, incorrect order, or slight variations in color, texture, or design. These small flaws are the essence of the uniqueness and personality of the handmade item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order is faulty or damaged upon receipt, we’d be happy to assist. Please contact us within seven working days of receiving your product. Include your order number, a brief description of the fault, and clear photographs showing the fault or damage. We can then offer a replacement, a repair, or store credit, as is fitting.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries
Even as we have in place trusted courier and postal organisations, at times, delivery delays and transit issues can be encountered. In the event your order does not reach you in time, please let us know. For products that are delivered through tracking, we will engage the courier organisation to determine the issue. Please make sure that the address input on checkout is accurate, as we do not guarantee delivery due to information errors or omissions.
Custom or Limited Items
Special edition, one-off items, and custom designs are non-refundable and non-returnable except if found damaged or defective. We manufacture these items to order, and as such, they are non-resalable and non-returnable. Therefore, we cannot issue amendments or cancellations once orders are submitted.
How Refunds Are Processed
If the refund is approved for a qualifying issue, it will be issued in the original form of payment. Give five to ten business days for the refund to be applied to your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
